Since 2014, the New Zealand Maths Olympiad Student Association has been making changes to New Zealand mathematics by introducing Maths Olympiad to a wider range of students and teachers. Through the New Zealand Maths Olympiad, monthly problems and recently initiated NZMOSA lectures, we have been providing New Zealand students with more opportunities to experience maths in what we hope are exciting and interesting ways. We wish to further influence New Zealand mathematics in coming years to create a lively atmosphere for our young mathematicians.
Beginning last year, we have recruited students in high school who are passionate about mathematics to contribute to the change that we are making through the NZMOSA Committee. As part of the committee, you will be directly involved in our volunteer work, such as reaching out to fellow students, posting puzzles on Facebook, making problems, marking solutions, and looking for and suggesting prizes. You will also be a direct representative of the New Zealand high school student body in the NZMOSA and the things that we do.
Over the next month, we will be recruiting new members for the 2015-2016 season. To apply to be a part of our association and make a direct difference in New Zealand, keep reading!
We are accepting applications from New Zealand students who are currently in Year 11 or above (including university students). If you don't meet the criteria, sorry - email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you're still interested in helping out.
- Fill out the form at the bottom of this page

The form and the resume must be submitted by Friday 31st of July. Once all the applications are received, we will email you to either notify you with the result or request for an interview, if necessary. The whole recruitment process will be completed by the end of August.
We will be looking forward to your applications!
